Interculturalis NPO, just concluded the 34th edition of the Flemish Olympi@d of French.

And now on to the 35th edition, undoubtedly a little bit special!

Interculturalis vzw, spin-off of the Center for Applied Linguistics of Hasselt University, has just concluded the 34th edition of the Flemish Olympi@d van het Frans. Despite the problems due to corona, this edition had a wide response with 6481 participants.

Meanwhile, the participating schools, the schools laureates of a didactic package, the individual deserving participants and the top laureates received their prizes. The loyal sponsors provided nice rewards in the form of France trips, language internships, dozens of books, software, hundreds of movie tickets, all kinds of fun gadgets.

New to this 34th edition was that the final took place entirely online. This had the advantage that the finalists did not have to travel far. The organization saw that this was a windfall for everyone and therefore wants to keep it in the future.

And Olyfran, now on to the 35th edition, undoubtedly a special one!
